  • 1 cup Carrots grated
  • ½ cup Green Onions chopped
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded red cabbage, grated carrots, chopped green onions, and chopped cilantro.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
