Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Broccoli chopped into small florets
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Carrots shredded
  • ½ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Sunflower Seeds
  • ¼ cup Raisins

Dressing

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, red onion, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or let it sit in the fridge for a bit to allow the flavors to meld together.
