- 2 cups Beets, grated
- 1 cup Carrots, grated
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Grate the beets and carrots.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated beets and carrots.
3. Add olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for later.
