Ramen Burger Recipe
This is a fun and delicious twist on the classic burger, using ramen noodles as the bun.

Ramen Buns
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles
- 2 units eggs beaten
Burger Patties
- 2 units beef patties
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Toppings
- 2 leaves lettuce
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 slices cheese
Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and let cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ramen noodles with the beaten eggs. Mix well.
Divide the noodle mixture into 4 portions. Shape each portion into a bun shape using your hands or a mold.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the ramen buns for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
In another pan, cook the beef patties to your desired doneness. Add soy sauce and sesame oil for flavor.
Assemble the burger by placing a beef patty between two ramen buns. Add lettuce, tomato, and cheese as desired.
