Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Place a small spoonful of the mixture into the center of each wonton wrapper.
Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges with water.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
Place pot stickers in the pan and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
Add a small amount of water to the pan and cover to steam the pot stickers.
Cook until the water has evaporated and the pot stickers are cooked through.
