- 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or canned
- 1 banana ripe
- ½ cup yogurt plain or vanilla
- ½ cup milk any type
- 1 tablespoon honey optional
1. Add pineapple chunks, banana, yogurt, milk, and honey to the blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
