- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
2. Make a well in the center and add eggs and olive oil.
3. Gradually mix the flour into the eggs until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
5. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
6. Roll out the dough and cut into desired pasta shapes.
