  • 4 fillets Red Snapper about 6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Pat the red snapper fillets dry with paper towels. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of each fillet.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the fillets to the skillet.
  4. 4. Cook the fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
