Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Okra sliced
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the sliced okra and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
