Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
Add the tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the sliced okra and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in the chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
