  • 1 cup Milk or any plant-based milk
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 cup Mixed fruits chopped
  • ¼ cup Nuts and seeds optional
  • 2 tablespoon Honey optional

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, and yogurt.
  2. Add the chopped fruits and mix well.
