  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Mexican blend

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Season the chicken breasts with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Cook the chicken in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Once cooked, top each chicken breast with salsa and shredded cheese. Cover the skillet and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
