Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon skinless
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the maple syrup mixture over them. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
