Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground pork
- 1 cup Carrots, finely chopped
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 20 pieces Lumpia wrappers
- 2 cups Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, carrots, onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2. Place about 1 tablespoon of the mixture on a lumpia wrapper. Fold and roll tightly, sealing the edge with water.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry lumpia in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce of choice.
