- 2 lbs beef short ribs flanken cut
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
- 2 stalks green onions chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and sesame seeds.
2. Add the beef short ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the short ribs for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are nicely charred and cooked through.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
