Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.

Add shredded chicken, chicken broth, heavy cream, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve hot, topped with shredded cheese and sour cream if desired.
