  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 medium bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning and salsa. Simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Spread sour cream over the top, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
