- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 2 cups Spinach chopped
- 1 cup Artichoke Hearts chopped
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
- 0.5 cup Sour Cream
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the spinach-artichoke mixture over the top.
