  • 1 lb Broccoli Florets
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken thighs on one side of the sheet pan and the broccoli on the other side.
  4. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the chicken and sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
