  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. 2. Rub the spice mix all over the pork shoulder.
  3. 3. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker and pour the chicken broth around it.
  4. 4. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
  5. 5. Shred the pork with two forks and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker.
