Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork, thinly sliced
  • 1 head Cauliflower, riced
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers), diced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 pcs Eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add pork slices and cook until browned.
  4. Push pork to the side and add beaten eggs. Scramble until cooked.
  5. Add riced cauliflower and mixed vegetables. Stir well.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
