Main Ingredients
- 4 Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
- 1 cup Pecans finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a food processor, pulse the pecans until finely chopped.
Mix the chopped pecans with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Brush each pork chop with olive oil.
Press the pork chops into the pecan mixture, coating both sides.
Place the pork chops on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
