Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 4 slices Ham
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush each chicken breast with olive oil, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  4. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, top each chicken breast with a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese.
  6. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
