Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 cup Spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped mushrooms and spinach, cook until softened. Set aside.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast. Stuff with the mushroom and spinach mixture, then add shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Heat the remaining olive oil in the skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
