Instructions
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned.
2. Add minced garlic and ginger to the beef. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
3. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha (if using). Cook for another 2 minutes.
4. In a separate pan, cook the riced cauliflower until tender.
5. Serve the beef over the cauliflower rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
