Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 head Cauliflower riced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha optional
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and ginger to the beef. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha (if using). Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. In a separate pan, cook the riced cauliflower until tender.
  5. 5. Serve the beef over the cauliflower rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
