Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce sugar-free
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the almond flour mixture, coating both sides.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
