Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, minced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • ¼ cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Scoop a spoonful of the mixture and place it in the frying pan. Flatten it slightly to form a fritter.
  4. 4. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. 5. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Serve hot.
