Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a pizza crust shape.
Bake the crust for 20 minutes or until golden and firm.
Remove from oven and add pizza sauce, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, and pepperoni slices.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
