Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Toppings

  • ½ cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup Sliced Pepperoni

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a pizza crust shape.
  4. Bake the crust for 20 minutes or until golden and firm.
  5. Remove from oven and add pizza sauce, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, and pepperoni slices.
  6. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
