- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- ½ cup Almond Flour
- 1 large Egg
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 oz Ham diced
- 4 oz Swiss Cheese diced
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, almond flour, egg, salt, and pepper.
Take a small amount of the mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a piece of ham and cheese in the center and fold the meat around it to form a ball.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
