  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • ½ cup Almond Flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 oz Ham diced
  • 4 oz Swiss Cheese diced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, almond flour, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take a small amount of the mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a piece of ham and cheese in the center and fold the meat around it to form a ball.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
