- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
- 1 cup Zucchini sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Add the chicken breasts, broccoli, bell peppers, and zucchini to the bowl. Toss to coat everything evenly.
Spread the chicken and vegetables out on a sheet pan in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
