Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the mixture.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  5. Arrange broccoli, bell peppers, and zucchini around the chicken in the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
