Main Ingredients
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
- ¼ cup Buffalo Sauce
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the butter.
3. Pour the eggs into the pan and let them cook for a minute.
4. Add the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce on one half of the omelette.
5. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top of the chicken and buffalo sauce.
6. Fold the other half of the omelette over the filling and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
7. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
