- 1 lb Ground beef
- 4 cups Coleslaw mix
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Stir in the coleslaw mix and soy sauce. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
4. Drizzle with sesame oil and top with sliced green onions. Serve hot.
