  • 8 pieces Chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • ½ cup Keto-friendly barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Brush the chicken thighs with the olive oil mixture.
  4. 4. Place the chicken thighs on the grill, skin side down. Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. 5. During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the chicken thighs with the keto-friendly barbecue sauce.
  6. 6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
