Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Artichoke Hearts, chopped
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the spinach artichoke mixture evenly over the top of each breast.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
