Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 unit Red Bell Pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 unit Green Bell Pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 unit Red Onion cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, bell peppers, and onion pieces.
  3. 3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Thread the chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between them.
  5. 5. Grill the kabobs for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  6. 6. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
