- 1 head Cabbage shredded
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the shredded cabbage to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the dressing.
Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
