  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet until browned on both sides.
  4. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, pour tomato sauce over the top, and sprinkle with oregano.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then top with mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
