Heavy cream

Instructions
1. Brew a cup of hot coffee.
2. Add brown sugar to the coffee and stir until dissolved.
3. Stir in the Irish whiskey.
4. Gently float the lightly whipped cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
5. Do not stir. Drink the coffee through the cream.
