Instant Pot Vegan Cabbage Detox Soup

Main Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage chopped
 - 2 cups carrots sliced
 - 1 cup celery chopped
 - 1 cup onion diced
 - 4 cups vegetable broth
 - 2 cloves garlic minced
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
 
 
1. Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and add a splash of vegetable broth.
2. Add the onions, carrots, and celery. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
3. Add the garlic and sauté for another minute.
4. Add the chopped cabbage, vegetable broth, salt, and pepper.
5. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
6. Once the cooking time is up, do a quick release of the pressure.
7. Open the lid carefully and stir the soup. Serve hot.
