- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
1. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2. Set Instant Pot to sauté mode. Brown chicken thighs, skin side down, for 3-4 minutes.
3. Flip chicken thighs and brown the other side for 2-3 minutes.
4. Remove chicken thighs and add chicken broth to the pot. Scrape any browned bits from the bottom.
5. Place chicken thighs back in the pot. Seal the lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
6. Once cooking is complete, allow pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
