Instant Pot Keto Chicken and Kale Stew Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast diced
- 2 cups kale chopped
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add olive oil.
Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
Add chopped kale, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once done, release the pressure manually.
Stir well and serve hot.
