Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 package Egg Noodles, cooked
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  4. 4. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve the stroganoff over cooked egg noodles.
