  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 cups Diced Potatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in the flour and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the diced potatoes and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the milk and cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
