  • 2 cups Milk any kind
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Honey optional
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the turmeric powder and whisk well to combine.
  3. 3. Add honey if using, and a pinch of black pepper. Stir well.
  4. 4. Heat the mixture until it is hot but not boiling.
  5. 5. Pour into serving cups and enjoy warm.
