  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until sugar is dissolved.
