A simple and delicious dipping sauce for gyoza.

Main Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
