Grilled Turkey Reuben Sandwich
A delicious twist on the classic Reuben sandwich, using turkey instead of corned beef.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Rye bread
- 4 slices Turkey breast
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- ½ cup Sauerkraut
- ¼ cup Thousand Island dressing
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Butter one side of each slice of rye bread.
2. On the unbuttered side, spread Thousand Island dressing.
3. Layer turkey, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut on two slices of bread. Top with the remaining bread, buttered side out.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Grill sandwiches until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
