Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Rock lobster tails
  • ¼ cup Butter, melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise down the center. Pull apart shells slightly, and season the meat with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
  4. Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side up. Grill for about 5-6 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  5. Remove from grill and serve immediately with additional lemon wedges if desired.
