Grilled Rock Lobster Tails Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Rock lobster tails
- ¼ cup Butter, melted
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise down the center. Pull apart shells slightly, and season the meat with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side up. Grill for about 5-6 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Remove from grill and serve immediately with additional lemon wedges if desired.
