- 8 pieces Lamb Chops
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, rosemary, thyme, and garlic.
3. Brush the lamb chops with the herb mixture and season with salt and pepper.
