- 8 slices Bread
- 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 4 slices Swiss Cheese
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 medium Onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
2. Cook the onions until caramelized, then set aside.
3. Form ground beef into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper, and cook in the skillet until done.
4. Assemble sandwiches with bread, cheese, patties, and onions.
5. Grill sandwiches in the skillet until golden brown and cheese is melted.
