Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Kale chopped
  • 2 cups Spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Green Peas frozen or fresh
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the chopped kale, spinach, and green peas. Stir well.
  5. 5. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. 7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
